Shipping policy

How long it takes

Every item is printed to order and ships with its own hang tag. The hang tag is only produced at our international facility, so every order is made and shipped from there, wherever you live.

Production takes 2 to 4 business days. Transit is 7 to 14 days on top of that. Those are separate: the transit estimate does not include production.

So plan on roughly 10 to 18 days from the day you order, wherever you are. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start production the next business day.

If you need a piece in hand by a specific date, order early. We cannot rush production.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as the package ships. If tracking has not moved for several days, that is usually normal for the first leg — if it has been more than a week, contact us.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. The total you see before you pay is the total you pay.

Customs and duties

Orders ship from outside the United States, but customs duties and import fees into the US are covered by our fulfiller, so US customers pay nothing on delivery. The same is usually true elsewhere. In rare cases some remote destinations do charge fees on delivery under local rules, and those are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or refund them.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before you order. We can correct an address only before the order enters production. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.
