Edmund Gray — known to most people as Grateful Edmund — writes, directs and produces every Zhaion record. Twenty years shipping other people’s products before he started shipping his own.

AI is the studio. It is not the artist. Every lyric is written by a person. Every video is edited by a person. Every decision — the restraint, the sequencing, the quiet before the doors closed — was made by someone who has shipped things before and knows the difference between a demo and a product.

Not an escalation — a restriction. The energy moves from confrontation to authority: colder, more controlled, more expensive.
